About

I'm a senior service designer working at Government Digital Services. I have worked on a range of programmes including digital identity, an emerging technology accelerator and a payment platform for government. I have been seconded to Essex County Council where I gained insight and experience in Local Government. Most recently I have been working in an internal consultancy for other government departments. Where I gained experience working with key departments such as DVLA, Home Office, BEIS, CDDO & Crown Prosecution Service. I am a very experienced Government Service Standard assessor, having sat on 20+ assessment panels. In 2021 I represented GOV.UK Pay for Design in their Live assessment which passed first time.

Prior to joining GDS I worked with Royal Trinity Hospice, Royal Bank of Scotland, and an education technology startup. I have an MA in service design from the Royal College of Art, where I won an award from Age UK for Inclusive Design.
