Buggy
The friend to friend delivery service
By connecting people needing to send items with drivers who are already going in the desired direction through a mobile App, Buggy utilises the existing capacity of vehicles and removes the reliance on expensive courier services.
The process
We held a series of co-creation workshops to engage users, generate insights, to form ideas and to collaboratively create concepts. Using these sessions we were able to define personas, create user journeys and document service blueprints. For the final workshop, we developed a clickable prototype to iterate the concept prior to pitching the service to venture capitalists. The Buggy team won a place to exhibit at websummit2015 and the team continues to seek investment.
