Service Design training 

Commissioned by the Institute of Chartered accountants my role was to help accountants and auditors to reimagine the role of finance professionals as a force for social transformation using service design techniques. 


I worked with the client to plan and facilitated three 2 hour workshops and a one day intro to service design workshop. Participants gained experience on:


  • unpicking problems with the 5 whys technique 

  • writing problem statements 

  • sketching prototypes 

  • guerilla research testing
