GDS Advisory
GDS Advisory operated as an internal consultancy to other government departments on a recharge basis. As an acting consultant/contractor client work ranged from 2 weeks - 5 month long engagements. Shorter projects included providing design direction for how a team might move from Discovery to Alpha. Longer projects included being embedded as a service designer in multidiscipline teams. I worked with the following services:
• Casework management team, Crown Prosecution Services
• Passport Service, HMPO
• Renew a Driving License, DVLA
• Clean Air Zones, DVLA
• Central Digital and Data Office, Cabinet Office
