GovTech catalyst was a £20 million programme spanning 3 years of investment in emerging technology using the SBRI investment mechanism. As a founding member of the team, I was largely responsible for designing and defining the operating model of GovTech Catalyst as a service. This included the design of artefacts and support guidance on GOV.UK but also ranged into the roles needed to deliver and the processes the team would follow.
 

• Facilitated 15 government departments to map their services
• Selected project partners to ensure alignment with the GDS Service Standard
• Provided service design consultancy to 15 different public sector bodies and 50+ technology suppliers
