GOV.UK Verify was a product for citizens to prove their identity online. Whilst in the programme I worked on a range of projects. The last project I worked on was a Discovery looking into how partnerships with service providers such as the Post Office might enable people to prove their identity in person before being issued a digital means to prove their identity online.

• Working in an agile team to test prototypes of product improvements using a range of

  testing methodolgoies such as usability & A/B testing to reduce drop out rates

• Workshop facilitation with a range of government departments and local authorities

• Service design consultation for a range of government services to ensure smooth

  adoption of the Digital Identity product

• Demonstrating the value of user-centric design
